Rose Mutabilis (old fashioned)

China Rose. An exceptionally graceful rose which bears masses of slender pointed buds of vivid red opening to soft yellow then changing to coppery tones of pink and crimson. A continuous, spectacular and unusual display. A mysterious rose, because no one knows for sure where it originated. It first appeared in Italy around 1896. Best planted in part shade to full sun, in well drained fertile soill. Grows up to 2m.
