Rose Flower Carpet Scarlet

Has masses of scarlet-red flowers. Bushes are low growing and compact with glossy, dark green foliage that are resistant to black spot and mildew. Grows to approximately 60cm in height and 85cm wide. Likes full sun to semi-shade.
