Punica granatum Nana, Dwarf Pomegranate - Pb6.5

They are a compact, deciduous shrub of rounded growth habit with glossy, oblong shaped foliage and bright orange-red flowers that begin to emerge in late spring. These are then followed by by spherical. brownish-red fruit that are smaller and not as sweet as the usual pomegranate fruit. Plant in a sunny position where soils are reasonably fertile and free-draining.

Grows to between 90cm and 120cm.
