Phormium Tom Thumb, Flax - Pb5 (15/20)

Also known as Wharariki. They are a compact growing flax with twisted foliage that is variegated green with brown margins. In spring, they produce green-tinged, orange and yellow flowers that attract nectar-feeding birds. Grows in full sun and partial shade where soils may be poor to fertile and free-draining. Tolerates dry conditions, frosts and are suitable for growing in coastal locations. May also be grown in containers. Hardy, native evergreen.

Grows to about 70cm to 100cm both in height and width.
