Nashi Triple Hosui/Nijiseiki/Shinseiki

Nashi Hosui is excellent eating that is sweet, juicy with a good acid balance. A mid-season variety that is partially self-fertile.

Nashi Nijiseiki is a very popular variety from Japan that produces medium sized fruit that are rounded with smooth yellowish-green skin. Flesh is crisp, sweet, juicy with a slightly aromatic flavour. Good for eating fresh or as a dessert.

Nashi Shunseiki is a reliable heavy cropper with fruit that are sweet, juicy flesh that are often used in salads. They are partially self-fertile and a good pollinator for other varieties.

Plant in a sheltered, sunny position where soils are fertile, moist and free-draining. Prune as required or may be grown to create an espalier.

Usually grows to between 5m and 6m in height.
