Also known as Akapuka. An impressive evergreen native shrub with leathery glossy deep green leaves and has inconspicuous flowers. Hardy easily grown shrub thriving in sun or shade. May be grown as a single planting but more often used to form hedges and screens

If left untrimmed, they may grows to approximately 4m x 2m.
