Eucalyptus ovata, Swamp Gum - Pot

Also known as Swamp Gum or Black Gum. Has little value as a timber tree, but is strongly coppicing firewood tree. Bark is rough and flaky over the lower trunk but is smooth then grey further up. Best suited to waterlogged sites, including those which are mildly saline. Evergreen.

Grows to approximately 20m x 10m.
