Citrus medica Etrog, Citron - 3.5Ltr

A vigorous growing plant that is free-flowering, producing fruit all year round. Bears highly fragrant, white flowers followed by the thick, knobbly-skinned fruit that vary in size and shape. The aromatic rind in quite often candied or made into a sour lemon pulp. Best grown in full sunwhere soils are suitably moist, reasonably fertile and free-draining. Will need some protection from heavy frosts.

Grows to between 1.5m and 2m in height.
